Ingredients
- 2 Yellow dragon fruit, diced small
- 1/4 cup Shallot, minced fine
- 1 Medium serrano pepper(s), stemmed and seeded
- 1/4 cup Lime, juice
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh mint, finely chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl, toss everything to coat well, season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Chef's Note: To maximize flavor, allow salsa to sit at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop. This is delicious served on fish tacos.
