Ingredients

  • 8 oz Udon Noodles
  • 1 tbsp Grapeseed oil
  • 6 oz Umami Stir Fry Mix Mushrooms
  • 3 lb Baby Bok Choy, stems and greens separated and chopped
  • 10 oz Frozen Plant-Based Seared Tips - Original
  • 6 oz Stick + Tine Yakitori Japanese Grilling Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Add grapeseed oil to a medium-sized pan set over medium heat. Stir in mushrooms and bok choy stems and saute until translucent, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Add Beyond steak tips and sauté until browned, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Stir in grilling sauce, drained noodles, and bok choy greens. Sauté for 10 minutes or until noodles begin to brown.
