Unsaved White Wine Lump Crab Topping

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Fresh curly leaf parsley, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh tarragon, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh chives, minced
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Fresh shallot, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 oz Jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1 fl oz Dry white wine
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat sauté pan 5-10 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Meanwhile, blend fresh herbs in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Add butter to hot pan and turn heat to medium-high.
  4. Sauté shallots and garlic 1 minute.
  5. Add crabmeat and continue to cook 2-3 minutes.
  6. Splash in wine or Vermouth, and add salt & pepper
  7. Toss with ½ teaspoon fresh herb mixture.
