White Wine Lump Crab Topping

Ingredients
- 1 fl oz Dry white wine
- 1/2 tsp Fresh chives, minced
- 1/2 tsp Fresh curly leaf parsley, minced
- 1 tsp Fresh shallot, minced
- 1/2 tsp Fresh tarragon, minced
- 1/2 tsp Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 4 oz Jumbo lump crab meat
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
Instructions
- Add butter to hot pan and turn heat to medium-high.
- Add crabmeat and continue to cook 2-3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, blend fresh herbs in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Preheat sauté pan 5-10 minutes on medium heat.
- Sauté shallots and garlic 1 minute.
- Splash in wine or Vermouth, and add salt & pepper
- Toss with ½ teaspoon fresh herb mixture.
