White Wine Garlic Butter Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 3 cups Brussels sprouts, stems trimmed, halved
- 1/2 cup Shallot, peeled and rough chopped
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tbsp Adams Reserve Cacio e Pepe Bread Dipper, divided use
- 1 cup White Wine Garlic Butter Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- Place Brussels sprouts in a medium bowl and add shallots, oil, salt, and half the Cacio e Pepe Bread Dipper. Toss well to combine then spread out on prepared pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes until softened and slightly charred.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add Brussels sprouts mixture, White Wine Garlic Butter Sauce and remaining Cacio e Pepe Bread Dipper. Stir to combine.
- Heat until mixture is bubbling, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
