White Wine Crusted Citrus Turkey

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Raw turkey breast, bone-in
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon, from zested lemon
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon, zest
  • 1 tbsp Orange zest
  • 1 Medium fresh garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper, ground
  • 1 tsp Fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Adams Reserve White Wine and Garlic Butter Seasoning, divided use
  • 3/4 cup Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Cran Razz Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place a wire rack in a roasting pan.
  2. Pat turkey dry with paper towels then place in a large bowl. Set aside.
  3. In a small bowl combine olive oil, lemon juice and zest, orange zest, garlic, black pepper, rosemary, and half of Adams Reserve White WIne Garlic Butter Seasoning. Whisk well to combine.
  4. Pour citrus mixture over turkey and rub to coat entire breast. Set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
  5. Place turkey breast skin-side up on rack in roasting pan, pouring any left over marinade from bowl over the top. Season with remaining Adams Reserve White Wine Garlic Butter Seasoning.
  6. Roast for 25 minutes per pound or until thickest part of turkey breast reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF.
  7. Rest 10 minutes then garnish with Four Star Provisions Cran Razz Sauce and serve.
