Ingredients
- 1/3 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 Fresh garlic cloves
- 30 oz White beans
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup Tahini nut butter
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup Baby carrots
- 8 oz Multi-grain pita chips
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine olive oil, garlic, beans, lemon and tahini; pulse until smooth, remove and pour into a bowl.
- Serve with cucumber slices, carrots and pita chips.
