White Bean Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1/3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 Fresh garlic cloves
  • 30 oz White beans
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup Tahini nut butter
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup Baby carrots
  • 8 oz Multi-grain pita chips

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine olive oil, garlic, beans, lemon and tahini; pulse until smooth, remove and pour into a bowl.
  2. Serve with cucumber slices, carrots and pita chips.
