Whiskey Glazed Charred Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 20 oz Brussels sprouts, cut in half
- 1 Small red onion, sliced very thinly
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Adams Reserve Sweet Garlic and Ginger Seasoning
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
- Add Brussels sprouts and onions to a large bowl along with olive oil and garlic and ginger seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Spread out in a single layer on prepared sheet pan. Roast for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with sauce. Toss gently to coat. Return to oven for 1 minute, just to heat sauce through. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve warm.
