Whipped Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 45 oz Canned Cut Sweet Potatoes, drained
  • 1/4 cup Salted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 3 cups Kraft Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish with cooking spray and set aside briefly.
  2. Add potatoes, butter, and spices to a mixing bowl and beat with a mixer until blended.
  3. Spoon evenly into prepared dish and top with marshmallows.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through and marshmallows are lightly browned.
