Weeknight Potsticker Salad

Ingredients
- 12 Chicken potstickers, approximately 4 per person or more as needed
- 9.6 oz H-E-B Chopped Salad Kit - Sweet Thai, 1 bag
- 1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup Fresh radishes, thinly sliced, plus more as needed
- 1/4 cup Fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp Soy sauce, as needed for seasoning
Instructions
- Cook potstickers according to package instructions for pan frying. When done, remove from pan and allow to cool to warm before proceeding.
- To assemble salad place salad along with all components into a bowl then add dressing, potstickers, green onions, radishes and lime juice.
- Toss everything together and season to taste with soy sauce as needed.
