Wedge Salad Skewers

Ingredients

  • 8 Apple skewers
  • 1 Small head of iceberg lettuce, cut into 16 pieces
  • 16 Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Baby cucumbers, cut into small rounds
  • 8 Bacon slices, cooked
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles, crumbled
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemons, juice
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. To assemble skewers, start with iceberg lettuce followed by a cherry tomato, cucumber, bacon, cucumber, lettuce and finish with a cherry tomato. Repeat until all ingredients have been skewered.
  2. To make dressing, add heavy cream, sour cream, Gorgonzola, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic and green onions to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, stir to combine then transfer to a reusable container.
  3. To serve, dip skewers into dressing and enjoy.
