Ingredients

  • 3 cups Watermelon, small cubes (1/4-inch square)
  • 6 Fresh Mint, chopped
  • 2 Mangos, peeled & chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Lime, cut into thin wedges

Instructions

  1. Combine watermelon cubes and mint leaves in bowl.
  2. Scoop 2 tablespoons of melon cube mixture into twelve small glasses or mini cups; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Combine chopped mango, lime juice and honey in a blender and puree 30 seconds or until smooth.
  4. Pour mango sauce in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Add a lime wedge to each mini cup and drizzle 1 teaspoon of mango sauce.
