Unsaved Warm Tofu Thai Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Firm tofu, water drained and tofu squeezed dry
  • 9.6 oz Sweet Thai chopped salad kit
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut tofu into small cubes and set aside.
  2. Place all salad ingredients except the dressing in a serving bowl.
  3. Heat olive oil in a medium non-stick pan set over medium-high heat. Add tofu and stir-fry until nicely browned and crispy on both sides, approximately 10 to 12 minutes total.
  4. Transfer hot tofu directly to the salad, add salad dressing, and toss until everything is combined.
