Wagyu Beef Hot Pot

Unsaved Wagyu Beef Hot Pot

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Stick + Tine Beef Pho Vietnamese Soup Base
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup Green onion, green tops only, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Shichimi togarashi seasoning
  • 6 oz Umami stir fry mushroom blend
  • 1/2 cup Celery sticks, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Fresh stir fry vegetables, carrots and snow peas cut in half
  • 1 lb Wagyu beef sirloin, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Place a large pot on medium-high heat. Add pho base and beef broth to the pot. Stir in red pepper flakes, green onions, and shichimi togarashi seasoning.
  2. Add mushrooms and celery to pot and bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer and add broccoli, carrots, and snow peas.
  3. Simmer for 2 minutes then add beef strips and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Place desired amount of beef in a bowl, top with vegetables and ladle broth on top. Can be served with rice or noodles if desired.
