Wagyu Beef Hot Pot

Serves 4
Ingredients
- 12 oz Stick + Tine Beef Pho Vietnamese Soup Base
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup Green onion, green tops only, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Shichimi togarashi seasoning
- 6 oz Umami stir fry mushroom blend
- 1/2 cup Celery sticks, thinly sliced
- 8 oz Fresh stir fry vegetables, carrots and snow peas cut in half
- 1 lb Wagyu beef sirloin, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Place a large pot on medium-high heat. Add pho base and beef broth to the pot. Stir in red pepper flakes, green onions, and shichimi togarashi seasoning.
- Add mushrooms and celery to pot and bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer and add broccoli, carrots, and snow peas.
- Simmer for 2 minutes then add beef strips and cook for 4 minutes.
- Place desired amount of beef in a bowl, top with vegetables and ladle broth on top. Can be served with rice or noodles if desired.
