Unsaved Vegan Fiesta Taco

Ingredients

  • 8 Raised & Rooted Plant Based Tenders, or nuggets
  • 8 H-E-B Yellow Corn Tortillas, warmed
  • 2 tbsp Humble House Ancho & Morita Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Moocho Dairy Free Fiesta Blend Shreds
  • 1/2 Avocado, seed removed, skinned and sliced
  • 1 Medium lime, quartered

Instructions

  1. Cook tenders in an air fryer for 10 minutes at 375ºF or bake according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, warm tortillas in a microwave or in a skillet sprayed with non-stick spray placed over medium heat. Cover and keep warm.
  3. To assemble, stack 2 tortillas together for each taco. Drizzle with ancho & morita sauce and lay 2 tenders in the middle of each stack.
  4. Sprinkle Fiesta Blend on top and add a slice of avocado. Add a squeeze of lime and serve.
