Unsaved Vegan Buffalo Chicken “Chicken” Dip

Ingredients

  • 9 oz Plant-Based Vegan Chick'n Tenders, cooked according to package directions, cooled and crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1 cup Hellmann's Vegan Dressing and Spread
  • 1 cup Shredded vegan cheddar cheese alternative
  • 2 tbsp Chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Place crumbled chicken tenders and cayenne pepper sauce in a bowl and toss to coat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Transfer to a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish. If desired, sprinkle 1/4 cup crumbled vegan or regular bleu cheese over the top.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbling. Serve with celery and your favorite dippers.
