Vanilla Whipped Mascarpone

Ingredients
- 16 oz Mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup Powdered sugar, plus more as needed for sweetness
- 1 tbsp Vanilla bean paste
- 1/2 tsp Fine sea salt
Instructions
- Using a stand mixer with a whip attachment or a hand mixer, whip together all ingredients until fluffy and well blended.
- Place in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Spoon over warm pies, or use on any application calling for whipped cream. The cream will keep for up to a week in the refrigerator.
