Vanilla Whipped Mascarpone

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup Powdered sugar, plus more as needed for sweetness
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla bean paste
  • 1/2 tsp Fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Using a stand mixer with a whip attachment or a hand mixer, whip together all ingredients until fluffy and well blended.
  2. Place in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Spoon over warm pies, or use on any application calling for whipped cream. The cream will keep for up to a week in the refrigerator.
