Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bunch Basil, torn
  • 1 tbsp Chili lime seasoning
  • 1/2 Red onion, thin sliced
  • 2 cups Watermelon, diced
  • 1 Hot house cucumbers, quartered, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Jumbo pineapple
  • 1/2 cup Queso Cotija

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together into a large bowl, cover and refrigerate. Serve cold.
