Ingredients
- 8 oz Grated green and purple cabbage
- 1 tsp Turmeric Root, peeled and grated
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
- 1 tsp Adams Reserve Asian House All Purpose Rub
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Mix cabbage, turmeric, ginger and Asian all purpose rub together in medium sized bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk balsamic vinegar with extra virgin olive oil then pour over slaw and toss. Serve as a side or on top of fish tacos.
