Turkey Sliders with Balsamic Cranberry Chutney

Serves 8

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Cranberries, frozen
  • 1 White onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Whole grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Orange juice
  • 8 oz Roasted turkey breast
  • 8 Potato rolls, cut in half
  • 4 Red leafy lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a medium size sauce pot, add in onions and allow to sweat for several minutes before adding in cranberries, mustard, vinegar, sugar, and juice, simmer for several more minutes.
  2. Remove chutney from heat and place in a shallow dish then in fridge to cool.
  3. To build sliders, place lettuce on bottom of roll and spoon chutney on lettuce. Place turkey on chutney and spoon with additional chutney if desired.
