Turkey Reubens

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Sweet relish
  • 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 4 slices Marble rye bread
  • 4 slices Roasted turkey breast
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 tbsp Salted butter

Instructions

  1. To make dressing, whisk mayonnaise, ketchup, relish and vinegar together in a small bowl.
  2. Spread dressing on 1 side of each slice of bread; build each sandwich with 2 slices turkey, 1 slice cheese and 1/4 cup sauerkraut, and top with second slice of bread.
  3. Melt butter in a large, non-stick pan over medium-high heat.; carefully place each sandwich in pan, and cook until crisp on both sides.
