Turkey Pineapple Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 lb White 97% Extra Lean Ground Turkey.
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Chicken fajita seasoning
- 12 oz Pineapple Pico De Gallo
- 12 oz Lettuce leaves
- 8 oz Large avocado, thin sliced
Instructions
- Combine turkey, olive oil, fajita seasoning and 1/2 cup pico de gallo in a bowl until mixture.
- Heat a heavy-bottom skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Add turkey mixture and stir-fry 10 minutes until turkey is cooked and slightly browned.
- Place 1/3 cup turkey mixture in a lettuce leaf. Top with 2 tablespoons pico de gallo and 1 to 2 avocado slices. Enjoy!
