Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup Hot buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 Quick heat white and red quinoa, 8.8 oz pkg.
  • 1 Power slaw mix

Instructions

  1. Place a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground turkey and cook, breaking up with a fork, until browned. Add hot wing sauce and mix to combine.
  2. Heat quinoa according to package directions. To build bowls, divide all ingredients equally between 4 bowls or meal prep containers.
