Turkey & Broccoli in Vodka Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen broccoli florets
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 lb Lean ground turkey
  • 10 oz Steamable whole grain brown rice
  • 1 cup Vodka sauce

Instructions

  1. Bring a large non-stick skillet to medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and salt; brown meat 8 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli and vodka sauce, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and steam 3 minutes.
  3. Prepare frozen brown rice according to package instructions.
  4. To serve, spoon turkey mixture over rice and enjoy.
