Ingredients

  • 8.2 oz Pepita Goddess Crunch salad kit
  • 1/2 cup Smoked turkey, diced or cubed, approximately 5 ounces
  • 1 Large avocado, cut in half, pit discarded, and sliced

Instructions

  1. Place contents of salad kit, except for the dressing packet, in a bowl.
  2. Add diced turkey and dressing, and toss to coat. Place slices of avocado on top and serve. Season to taste as needed.
