Unsaved Truffle Grilled Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 Boneless New York strip steak
  • 2 tsp Truffle salt
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Spray with cooking spray.
  2. Season the steaks with 1/2 teaspoon of truffle salt on each steak, then season with black pepper.
  3. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. After steaks are done cooking, top each steak with 1/2 teaspoon of butter and sprinkle with remaining truffle salt.
  4. Let rest for 5 minutes prior to serving.
