Ingredients
- 2 lb Shredded rotisserie chicken
- 14 oz Diced red onions
- 7 oz Diced 3 color bell peppers
- 2 tbsp Salt and pepper blend seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 4 French bread, sliced in half and portioned
Instructions
- Combine chicken, onions, peppers, and salt & pepper blend in a large bowl and lightly mix.
- Add mayo and mix until fully combined.
- Toast bread lightly if desired. Spread chicken salad on bread and serve.
