True Texas Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 14 oz Diced red onions
  • 7 oz Diced 3 color bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp Salt and pepper blend seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 4 French bread, sliced in half and portioned

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, onions, peppers, and salt & pepper blend in a large bowl and lightly mix.
  2. Add mayo and mix until fully combined.
  3. Toast bread lightly if desired. Spread chicken salad on bread and serve.
