Tropical Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Light coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Fresh mango, diced
  • 1 cup Jumbo pineapple, diced
  • 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 1.4 oz Coconut chips

Instructions

  1. Combine almond milk and coconut milk in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer.
  2. Add oats and reduce heat. Cook 7 to 8 minutes stirring constantly.
  3. Pour oats evenly in two bowls.
  4. Top with syrup, mangos, pineapple, hemp seeds and coconut chips.
