Tri-Tip with Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh Italian parsley, chopped
- 1 Lemons, zested and juiced
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 Balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 lb Beef tri-tip
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, parsley, lemon juice/zest, salt, balsamic vinegar and pepper mix well.
- Combine both tri-tip and marinade into shallow dish or zip top bag.
- Allow tri-tip to marinade 30 - 45 minutes at room temperature, flipping once.
- Remove tri-tip from marinade and grill 8 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness.
- Allow tri-tip to rest 5 - 10 minutes before serving. Serve with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
- Serve with grilled asparagus.
