Traditional Meatloaf with Cracker Crumbs

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground pork 90% lean
- 2 lb 90% lean ground beef sirloin
- 1/2 Large fresh yellow onion, chopped
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz Saltine crackers, placed in gallon size bag and crushed by hand
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup Whole milk
- 2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 4 White onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375˚F.
- Line a sheet pan with foil and then cover with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until just incorporated. Do not over work.
- Place meatloaf mixture in middle of sheet pan and form into a 10-inch long and 3-inch tall loaf. (Size of meat loaf will affect cook time.)
- Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until cooked through. For a great crust, turn on broiler for last 2 to 3 minutes of cooking.
- Allow to cool for 3 to 5 minutes then slice and serve with your favorite sides. Garnish with green onions if desired.
