Tomato Basil Tortellini

Ingredients
- 1 lb Cheese tortellini
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp H-E-B Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water for sauce. Set aside.
- Place olive oil in medium sized skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cherry tomatoes and sauté until tomatoes wilt slightly.
- Add pasta water, salt and pepper and simmer briefly.
- Add tortellini and basil. Toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
