Ingredients

  • 1 cup Medium pico de gallo
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 16 oz Extra firm tofu, drained and rough chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Smoky turmeric rub

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add tofu and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  2. Add salt and turmeric to pan, stir to combine, and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and stir in pico de gallo.
  3. Serve immediately with tortillas, cheese, or your favorite salsa.
