Ingredients
- 1 cup Medium pico de gallo
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 16 oz Extra firm tofu, drained and rough chopped
- 1/2 tbsp Smoky turmeric rub
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add tofu and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add salt and turmeric to pan, stir to combine, and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and stir in pico de gallo.
- Serve immediately with tortillas, cheese, or your favorite salsa.
