Tofu Korma Taco

Ingredients
- 10 oz Extra firm tofu, drained and pressed to dry
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Tandoori seasoning
- 8 oz H‑E‑B Shredded Cabbage
- 2 tbsp H‑E‑B Mayo Real Mayonnaise Squeeze Bottle
- 3 tbsp Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequilla Sauce
- 12 oz Lotus Kitchen Chicken Korma Simmer Sauce
- 8 Butter tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Grate pressed tofu on the largest setting of a box cheese grater. Place in a medium bowl, add olive oil and tandoori seasoning, and toss to coat. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Set a medium pan over high heat, add simmer sauce, and reduce for 5 to 10 minutes. Once reduced, add the shredded tofu and stir to coat.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine shredded cabbage, mayo, and pineapple coconut mango tequila sauce. Mix to combine and set aside.
- Heat tortillas in a dry skillet. Evenly divide taco filling between tortillas, top with slaw, and serve.
