Instructions

  1. Place a large non-stick skillet over high heat.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan. Stir in tofu and sear for 3 minutes.
  3. Once tofu is seared, add cauli rice to the pan and continue to cook for 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until heated through.
