Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 8 oz Firm tofu, cut into pea size pieces
- 12 oz H‑E‑B Riced Veggie Cauli Thai Style Cauliflower Rice
Instructions
- Place a large non-stick skillet over high heat.
- Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan. Stir in tofu and sear for 3 minutes.
- Once tofu is seared, add cauli rice to the pan and continue to cook for 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until heated through.
