Three Meat Queso

Ingredients

  • 1 H-E-B Simply Prep Slow Cooker Liners
  • 12 oz Fully cooked beef fajitas
  • 8 oz Smoked sausage pieces
  • 2.1 oz Slices fully cooked bacon, medium dice
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 14 oz Medium pico de gallo
  • 10 oz Diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 32 oz Easy melt cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes

Instructions

  1. Place liner bag into slow cooker making sure it hangs over the edges.
  2. Place fajitas, sausage, and bacon in bottom of slow cooker and add chicken broth.
  3. Pour pico de gallo and diced tomatoes over meat then top with Easy Melt.
  4. Cover, turn heat to high and cook for 4 hours.
  5. Stir to combine and serve with chips, avocado, and lime wedges if desired.
