Three Cheese Fajita Queso

Ingredients
- 12 oz Queso blanco
- 12 oz Queso asadero, grated
- 1/2 cup Fresh medium salsa
- 12 oz Fully cooked sliced beef fajitas, thawed and rough chopped
- 2 tbsp Queso fresco, crumbled
- 16 oz Sea salt tortilla chips
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, pour in queso blanco and 1/4 cup of water and stir to combine.
- Add in queso asadero and continue to stir until cheese is melted and heated through, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Stir in salsa until combined and remove from heat. Fold in fajita meat and place in serving container. Garnish with queso fresco and serve with tortilla chips.
