The Perfect Prime Rib

Ingredients

  • 8 lb Ribeye steaks
  • 6 tbsp Adams Reserve Prime Rib & Steak Sear-N-Crust Rub
  • 2 tbsp Rib, roast, and steak rub
  • 1 Onion horseradish dip

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 325°F.
  2. Coat roast with Sear-N-Crust Rub over all surface areas; then sprinkle Rib, Roast and Steak Rub over top and sides.
  3. Place roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan, fat-side up.
  4. Place in oven; cook beef 20-25 minutes per pound or to an internal temperature of 135°F for medium-rare doneness.
  5. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes while temperature of beef rises another 10°F or so.
  6. Carve beef into slices as thick as you wish.
  7. Serve with horseradish sauce.
