The Perfect Prime Rib

Ingredients
- 8 lb Ribeye steaks
- 6 tbsp Adams Reserve Prime Rib & Steak Sear-N-Crust Rub
- 2 tbsp Rib, roast, and steak rub
- 1 Onion horseradish dip
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325°F.
- Coat roast with Sear-N-Crust Rub over all surface areas; then sprinkle Rib, Roast and Steak Rub over top and sides.
- Place roast on a rack in a shallow roasting pan, fat-side up.
- Place in oven; cook beef 20-25 minutes per pound or to an internal temperature of 135°F for medium-rare doneness.
- Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes while temperature of beef rises another 10°F or so.
- Carve beef into slices as thick as you wish.
- Serve with horseradish sauce.
