Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Yellow mustard, as needed
- 1/2 lb Baby Swiss cheese, plus more as needed
- 4 oz Twisters cookies, or other cookie, about 8 each
- 4 oz Sliced kosher dill pickle, as needed
- 1/2 lb Smoked ham, sliced on 1.5
- 4 Kettle cooked potato chips, 1 oz. packages any variety
Instructions
- On a clean cutting board, lay out 1 slice of ham.
- Drizzle a little mustard evenly over ham, just enough to flavor.
- Lay 2 slices of baby Swiss evenly overlapping on top of ham.
- Place approximately 3 to 4 pickles on top of cheese.
- Gently tuck and roll from left to right or right to left so that everything stays together tightly. Repeat process with each additional roll-up.
- For serving, place 2 roll-ups into a lunch container along with a few sandwich cookies and a bag of H-E-B Kettle Cooked Chips.
- Chef's Note: These can be rolled up either way left to right or top to bottom but they hold together better when rolled across their equator. Make the night before and pack up for convenience if desired.
