That Green Queso Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz 80/20 ground beef
  • 1 lb Easy melt cheese
  • 11 oz H-E-B That Green Sauce
  • 12 oz Medium pico de gallon
  • 2 lb Sea salt flavored tortilla chips, as needed

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet to medium-high. Cook meat until thoroughly browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add cheese, green sauce and pico de gallo.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir constantly until fully melted.
  4. Keep on low heat or in a slow cooker to serve.
  5. Serve with chips.
