Thai Pork Lettuce Wraps

Serves 8
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger root, minced
- 1 tbsp Serrano pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 lb Ground Pork 90% Lean
- 2 tsp Hot Thai Seasoning, plus more as needed
- 1/3 cup Green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce, plus more as needed to taste
- 9 oz Broccoli slaw
- 1 Lettuce Hearts, 4 leaves separated
Instructions
- Set a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil to get hot, add garlic, ginger and serranos. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add pork, Thai seasoning, green onions and soy sauce, stir fry until pork is slightly browned, add broccoli slaw and cook until just soft, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat, season to taste with more soy sauce as needed. Serve pork in lettuce leaves wrap and garnish with your favorite condiments.
