Unsaved Thai Peanut Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Better Way Provisions Thai Peanut Dressing, divided use
  • 12 oz H-E-B Stir Fry Medley
  • 1/4 cup Green onions, diced small
  • 8 oz Lean ground beef sirloin

Instructions

  1. Sauté ground beef with 2 tablespoons of Thai peanut dressing until beef is just browned, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Add veggies to beef along with 2 more tablespoons of peanut sauce. Stir-fry for 5 to 6 minutes until veggies are just soft.
  3. Once beef is fully cooked, garnish with green onions and serve.
