Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Better Way Provisions Thai Peanut Dressing, divided use
- 12 oz H-E-B Stir Fry Medley
- 1/4 cup Green onions, diced small
- 8 oz Lean ground beef sirloin
Instructions
- Sauté ground beef with 2 tablespoons of Thai peanut dressing until beef is just browned, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Add veggies to beef along with 2 more tablespoons of peanut sauce. Stir-fry for 5 to 6 minutes until veggies are just soft.
- Once beef is fully cooked, garnish with green onions and serve.
