Texas Whisky Pork Belly Burnt End Sliders

Ingredients
- 2 lb Pork belly, cut into 2 inch cubes
- 2 tbsp Adam's Reserve Spicy Bacon Rub
- 12.3 oz Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Texas Whiskey Glaze
- 3 tbsp Salted butter
- 24 Horseradish pickles
- 12 Brioche slider buns
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, toss pork belly with spicy bacon rub. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
- Preheat oven to 250°F. Place a wire rack on a sheet pan and arrange pork belly on the rack. Transfer to the oven and bake for 2 hours.
- Turn oven up to 350°F. Pour Texas Whisky Glaze into an 8X8 baking dish and add butter. Add pork belly pieces and toss with whiskey glaze. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Assemble sliders: Place 2 pickle slices and 2 pieces of pork belly in each bun. Serve.
