Texas Tilapia Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • 4 Tilapia fillets, 6 ounce portions
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Limes, two juiced, one cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Cucumbers, sliced
  • 8 Yellow corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 8 tbsp Non fat plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Grease grill then heat to high.
  2. Season fish with cayenne pepper, paprika, salt and black pepper. Place on hot grill until cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove and break into piece sand set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine lime juice and oil. Add cucumber slices and toss to coat.
  4. Serve fish in tortillas with cucumber, cilantro, yogurt and lime wedges.
