Texas-Style Philly Beef Steak Sandwich

Ingredients
- 16 oz Fully cooked sliced Philly beef steak
- 1 loaf French bread or Pan Frances
- 6 oz Cream cheese, softened or spreadable
- 1/3 cup Regular sour cream
- 1/4 cup Jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Mild picante salsa
- 1 1/2 cups Monterey jack cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Heat Broiler.
- Remove pouches from Philly Beef Steak bag.
- Heat both pouches in the microwave according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cut bread loaf horizontally; place halves on a baking sheet, cut-sides down.
- Place under broiler 2 minutes or until lightly toasted.
- Remove from oven and turn cut-sides up.
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream and peppers; spread evenly over cut sides of bread.
- Arrange beef over top and drizzle with salsa. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
- Place under broiler about 2 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to brown.
- Cut each half into 2-3 portions and serve immediately.
