Texas-Style Beef Fajitas

Ingredients
- 2 lb Beef skirt steak
- 1 cup Cookwell & Co. Pecos 83 BBQ Marinade
- 3 tbsp Adams Reserve Lopez Rub
- 2 Lime(s), halved
- 16 Flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup Medium pico de gallo
- 1/2 cup Guacamole
- 1/2 cup Shredded Monterey jack cheese
Instructions
- Lay beef on a baking sheet or clean surface.
- Drizzle Pecos 83 Marinade over beef. Let stand 15-20 minutes.
- Shake beef to remove excess marinade and season with Adams Reserve Rub of your choice.
- Grill beef according to time and temperature directions on package; cook till beef looks done.
- Remove from grill and squeeze fresh limes over beef; set aside for 5 minutes.
- Slice beef thinly, across the grain.
- Serve in hot flour tortillas with pico de gallo, guacamole and shredded cheese.
