Ingredients
- 4 oz Manchego cheese, cut into 3 smaller wedges
- 1 Sliced prosciutto and mozzarella, sliced
- 1 Brie cheese, cut into 4 pieces
- 1 cup Marcona almonds
- 1/2 cup Dark chocolate almonds
- 5.3 oz Wheat cracker
- 1 cup Castelvetrano olives
- 3 oz Sliced sopressata, folded into quarters
Instructions
- When building a charcuterie or cheese board you want to have a good variety of textures and flavors as well as a balance of salty and sweet.
- Start the board by adding things in odd numbers like 3s. I add the cheese in 3 different places on the board then build inward from there, adding and layering the different elements.
- Add the wet or marinated items on the board in a small bowl or dish to keep them contained and from dripping onto your table.
- Remember you are not limited to the ingredients listed above, choose cheeses, meats, and fruits that suit your tastes and you can't go wrong.
