Texas Pico de Gallo Slaw

Ingredients
- 4 cups Green cabbage, thin sliced
- 3 Medium carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup Green onion(s), chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Mild Pico de Gallo
- 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 cup Limes, juiced
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
- 2 cups Corn chips, regular
Instructions
- In large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions and pico de gallo.
- Combine olive oil and lime juice in small bowl; stir well.
- Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or more.
- Top salad with corn chips and toss before serving.
