Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Light sour cream
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp Fajita seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 4 cups Green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Carrot, shredded
  • 1 Jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, lime juice, fajita spice and cayenne pepper in small bowl and set aside.
  2. Combine cabbage, carrots, jalapeño and cilantro in salad bowl.
  3. Add sour cream dressing and toss to coat.
