Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Roasted brisket, sliced on # 2, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup Thick shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sliced pickled jalapeños, drained
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 Large Hard boiled eggs, halved
  • 1/4 cup Red onions, julienned
  • 1/2 cup Smoked ancho ranch dressing
  • 12 oz Garden salad blend
  • 1/2 cup Roasted applewood smoked uncured ham, sliced on # 2, cut into 1/2 inch squares
  • 1/2 cup Roasted herb encrusted turkey, sliced on #2, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup Pinto beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions

  1. Place salad blend in a large bowl and add meats, cheese, beans, tomatoes, red onions, and ancho ranch dressing. Toss well to combine.
  2. Divide salad among serving plates and garnish with sliced jalapeños and hard-cooked eggs.
