Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Roasted brisket, sliced on # 2, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup Thick shredded colby jack cheese
- 1/4 cup Sliced pickled jalapeños, drained
- 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 Large Hard boiled eggs, halved
- 1/4 cup Red onions, julienned
- 1/2 cup Smoked ancho ranch dressing
- 12 oz Garden salad blend
- 1/2 cup Roasted applewood smoked uncured ham, sliced on # 2, cut into 1/2 inch squares
- 1/2 cup Roasted herb encrusted turkey, sliced on #2, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup Pinto beans, drained and rinsed
Instructions
- Place salad blend in a large bowl and add meats, cheese, beans, tomatoes, red onions, and ancho ranch dressing. Toss well to combine.
- Divide salad among serving plates and garnish with sliced jalapeños and hard-cooked eggs.
