- 1 lb Yellow Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 lb Deli Brisket, sliced on a 1
- 1 lb Roasted Cajun Roast Beef, sliced on a 1
- 2 cups Garlic herb pita chips
- 1 cup Honey toasted pecans
- 8 Pickled okra, whole
- 3 oz Raspberry jam
- 7 oz Red seedless grapes, on the vine
- 1 cup Watermelon, cubed
Instructions
- Place whole pickled okra, watermelon and raspberry jam in small bowls.
- Using a large wooden cutting board or platter, arrange all ingredients on the board, keeping similar types together.
