Unsaved Texas Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Yellow Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 lb Deli Brisket, sliced on a 1
  • 1 lb Roasted Cajun Roast Beef, sliced on a 1
  • 2 cups Garlic herb pita chips
  • 1 cup Honey toasted pecans
  • 8 Pickled okra, whole
  • 3 oz Raspberry jam
  • 7 oz Red seedless grapes, on the vine
  • 1 cup Watermelon, cubed

Instructions

  1. Place whole pickled okra, watermelon and raspberry jam in small bowls.
  2. Using a large wooden cutting board or platter, arrange all ingredients on the board, keeping similar types together.
