- 15.5 oz Black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
- 15.5 oz Hominy
- 2 Medium Vine Ripe Tomatoes, chopped
- 4 Green onions, chopped
- 2 Peeled Garlic Cloves, chopped
- 1 cup Thick N' Chunky Hot Salsa, hot
Instructions
- Combine black-eyed peas, hominy, tomatoes, green onions, garlic and salsa in large mixing bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill about 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
